Sneaker Con is headed to Detroit for the very first time this August 29th, 2015 after a blow out NYC show in July. This will be the only stop over in Detroit in 2015 as the event will try to make a stop at more unvisited cities for the rest of the year. Expect Sneaker Con to bring out the same energy to Detroit.
Atlanta, get ready for the Greatest Sneaker Show on Earth this coming Saturday, September 19, 2015. As always, we will bring you the largest selection of sneakers under one roof, the Sneaker Con Trading Pit, Sneaker Con Authenticated and a whole day of fun with your fellow sneakerheads. Save the date and grab tickets now over at Eventbrite or below.
This Sneaker Con event definitely deserved the name “Greatest Sneaker Show On Earth”. There were over ten thousand attendees, 100k sneakers under one roof, and numerous “sneaker celebrities”. Most of all it was the place to be this past Saturday if you are into sneakers. Whether you’re a collector who goes after the most exclusive releases, a reseller looking to make a buck, or a guy who just bought your first pair of KD’s and want to learn more. If you’re a fan of customs there were over 18 customizers present; between the live customizations at the Ace Of Customs booth, raffles to win a pair of Mache customs, and customizer vendor booths Sneaker Con had it all. “Don C” and “Nick Diamond” became Sneaker Con Legends signing autographs for fans. And even the spelling bee champ Gokul Venkatachalam was in the house showing off his “Shattered Backboards”. Ebay launched their new Data Labs platform to help people in the “Trading Pit” determine prices. Everyone and their moms, and grandmas (literally) were there so if you missed out, stay tuned for the next one.
