Sneaker Con LLC Giveaway Terms

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Sneaker Con, LLC (“Sneaker Con”) will be certain giveaways (“Prizes”) in connection with Sneaker Con events (“Event”).

To enter the giveaway for the Prize you need to purchase a specific ticket to the Event via Eventbrite. Such entrant must be over 18 years of age on the date of their ticket purchase to enter the giveaway. There will be one (1) winner of the Prize that will be selected at random during the event and will be notified on or after such time. Only one (1) entry per person for the giveaway will be accepted. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of Sneaker Con after the winner has been selected at the discretion of Sneaker Con.

Sneaker Con will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Sneaker Con takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sneaker Con’s liability under or in connection with the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sneaker Con shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the giveaway or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by an entrant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the entrant and Sneaker Con.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sneaker Con reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Sneaker Con’s reasonable control, Sneaker Con reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
